Alpha Industrial Services believes safety is everyone’s business. That’s why everyone person working under the umbrella of Alpha makes safety awareness their number one priority. Every member of our team is tasked with taking personal ownership of his or her own safety and the safety of others. We have developed a Safety Committee team of front-line employees to help establish a Safe working environment that creates leadership and a full-time commitment in Safety from each employee.

Our goal is to keep our people and the people we work with in our environments safe and health. To that end, we put policies and procedures in place to make sure that adherence to proper safety practices and protocols are a 24/7 commitment! We cover and train our employees to understand the importance of these policies and procedures so they have a better understanding and Safer working environment.

At Alpha Industrial Services we believe that a proper safety working culture is not just created. We believe that it is taught through proper education, proper preparation, proper application, proper leadership and proper enforcement of safety protocol and procedure. That is why we have a “Target Zero Tolerance” program for operating motorized equipment unsafely. We commend employees who bring near miss accidents to the table so that upper-level management can address all unsafe practice and brain-storm to create a safer working environment for all. We set into place daily safety meetings and alert everyone, including our customers, vendors, visitors, contactors and sub-contractors that everyone has stop work authority in the event of a dangerous or potentially hazardous near miss accident is about to happen.
